Achieve3000’s solutions are accessed through the Internet via a Web browser. Your IT department will not need to implement or maintain the solutions, and there is no hardware, software or network equipment to purchase.

Achieve3000 Literacy is compatible with the following screen-reader applications: in the Chrome web browser (Windows 10/Chrome latest version) using JAWS, and in the Safari web browser (Mac 10.14/Safari 13.05) using Voiceover. Achieve3000 is committed to making continuous improvements to its products to increase accessibility for all users.

The Achieve3000 Literacy app is available for download from Apple’s® App Store, Google Play Store and the Chrome Web Store. Our apps allow students to access lessons without an Internet connection and automatically syncs when the device is online.

All web browsers must have cookies enabled. Popup blockers, if installed, must be disabled or an exception must be created for Achieve3000’s URLs.
When using the audio and highlighting tools, the latest versions of Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox are recommended for Achieve Literacy.
JavaScript must be enabled
Due to the dynamic nature of Achieve3000’s content, networks that use caching/proxy servers should have a bypass rule for Achieve3000’s websites
Access must be allowed to ports 80 and 443 to enable all components of the site to work properly. The users must have access to the list of valid URLs (see Web Filtering section).
While any connection speed is acceptable, the solutions will perform at optimum speeds with a faster Internet connection. For best performance, bandwidth of 94.3 kb/s per user for Achieve3000 LevelSet, between 10-15 kb/s for the full Achieve3000 Literacy programs and 1 Mbps bandwidth for Smarty Ants per computer on average is recommended.
Screen resolutions of 1024×768 or above are recommended for optimal viewing
Headphones & microphones are recommended for recording and sound related features (Smarty Ants)
Locations that use a web filtering device, service, or other domain blocking mechanism should allow access to the following domains. It is advised that access to websites through filters should not be allowed based on keyword alone. Note that if wildcard filtering is not possible, a complete list of domains and ports may be requested from Achieve3000 Customer Support.
